Elisha Baldwin
Compassionate Therapy for Life’s Challenges.
A safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions—helping you feel heard, empowered, and confident in your journey forward.
I have ten years of experience in psychological studies and am nearing the completion of my Doctoral Training in Counselling Psychology (expected in 2025). I bring a depth of knowledge and flexibility to my practice. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to healing, providing a space to understand yourself and how you relate to others.
My approach
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helping you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns to improve well-being.
Relational Psychodynamic Therapy
Exploring how past experiences shape your current relationships and emotional responses.
Emotion-Focused Therapy
Supporting you in processing and regulating emotions for personal growth.
I also integrate other therapeutic methods to ensure a flexible, personalised approach that evolves with you.
My work
My goal is to provide a compassionate and understanding space to help you navigate these experiences.
I work with adolescents, adults, parents, and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, childhood trauma, and traumatic events. I also support individuals struggling with low self-confidence, workplace bullying, cultural challenges, and family issues.
