About Me

I practice from a psychodynamic perspective, which means I am interested in supporting people to be curious about themselves, consider their unconscious ways of relating, and understand where these patterns come from. This involves us building a trusting relationship that will enable you to bring thoughts and feelings.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice and the NHS. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic models.

The Journey

Sometimes, we just need someone to talk to. Whether you're feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Rather than giving advice, I help you build trust in your own abilities, guiding you in untangling emotional knots that may be holding you back. Therapy should reflect who you are and evolve as you do.

Tailored to you

You might be wondering if counselling is really for you. Maybe you feel like your problems aren’t "serious enough," or that only people with a diagnosed mental health condition should see a therapist. The truth is, counselling is for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or just in need of support. You don’t have to go through a crisis to benefit from talking to someone who listens without judgment and helps you make sense of what you're feeling. Whatever you're facing—whether it’s stress, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or simply feeling lost—you deserve support, and I’m here to help.
